We are a family-owned and operated e-commerce company. We are currently seeking a full-time customer service representative to provide our customers with an incredibly positive experience. This is a dynamic role with multitude of tasks, and can grow into a career with the potential for advancement.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and a quick learner who possess multi-tasking and organizational abilities. A self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative, ownership and seasoned with a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone
- Resolve customers issues with products, exchanges and returns
- Responsible for maintaining and improving customer brand loyalty & retention
Requirements:
- Internet & computer savvy
- 3 - 5 years professional experience
- Strong writing & phone skills
- Goal oriented and have a can-do attitude
- No task too large or too small
- Must be a team player
- Positive attitude
- Eagerness to take on increasing responsibilities and grow within the company
- Bachelors degree preferred
