Tickets Sales Representative from 1000$

We’re looking for a Ticket Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Tickets Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing ticket orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service or sales, and will be able to work independently with little supervision. Tickets sales representatives will need to focus on providing excellent service to their customers.
Tickets Sales Representative Job Duties:

Interacting with customers, answering calls and emails, offering various travel options.
Providing information about tickets, pricing, flight schedules;
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Offering high quality services over the phone and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years and older;
No active full-time studies (part-time studies may be considered);
English proficiency at B2 level or above (speaking, writing, and reading);
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written);
Previous experience in a client-focused environment, preferably within the travel industry (considered an advantage);
Sales experience is a plus;
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly;
Solid negotiation and time management skills;
Willingness to work night shifts;
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
