"QSystems" SRL elaborates software fitted out with features providing customers with competitive advantages on the market of financial and payment services.
Responsibilities:
Test new product software applications, determine and remove software defects;
Help customer service through call escalation and conduct training;
Support product documentation through technical support and edit user manuals;
Review reports for accuracy and determine discrepancies;
Create test plans and schedules;
Edit and support product configuration documentation;
Create and implement test cases on project requirements;
Report defects and escalate issues;
Interact team throughout development process;
Work with software Testers and Developers on Agile product teams;
Follow and analyze issues gathered in bug tracking system;
Lead testing efforts for large and complex applications.
Abilities:
Higher education in one of the following fields: IT, Economics or Banking;
Customer relationship skills;
Resistance to stressful situations and always towards solving problems;
Powerful oral and written communication skills of Romanian, Russian and English;
Effective working experience with accounting and banking systems are welcome;
Ability to learn, plan and organize time and activities;
Analytical spirit, perfectionism and orientation towards the result.
