Founded in 1994 in the Netherlands, Boekestijn Transport Service began with three trucks. By focusing on customer needs, the company has grown into a respected international transport provider with around 2,000 trucks today. Boekestijn trucks operate across Europe and beyond, tackling diverse challenges such as transporting Formula 1 cars or the Dutch national football team’s equipment to Belarus.

The future colleague will recruit office staff and drivers and play a key role in expanding the team by recruiting talent for both office positions and driver roles, while also managing the company’s social media channels to attract candidates and strengthen the employer brand.
Responsibilities:
Actively recruit office employees and drivers through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure a strong fit with company needs and culture
Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies
Guide drivers and office employees through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines
Participate in additional HR or recruitment projects to support team goals
Post job openings and recruitment campaigns on social media, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the company’s tone
Monitor and manage the company's social media presence related to recruitment, responding to inquiries from potential candidates
Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in recruiting, either in an agency or in-house
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Good negotiation skills
Effective in teamwork and able to work independently as needed
Demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table
A proactive, initiative-driven, and creative person
