Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Summit Events' services, by mail or at client’s office.
- Create detailed and customized proposals and contracts that meet the specific needs and requirements of each client, including tender documentation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and agreements.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address any areas of concern.
- Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Close deals effectively to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the company.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
