Index helps companies scale their software engineering teams. Using our proven process, typical time from first call to the ideal new hire is days, rather than months. The company HQ is in London, UK. We have development offices in Eastern Europe.
We are growing our office in Chisinau, Moldova and we are looking for Sales Development Rep rockstar.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish contacts with potential customers by telephone(outbound calling), and e-mail. Identify key decision-makers within companies that regularly need software services;
• Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospect and assessing their position in the industry; research and analysis to qualify the leads;
• Providing excellent communication with the customer - handling complaints, developing solutions and preparing reports;
• Continuing communication with customers;
• Followup to the prospectus whenever needed to close the sale;
• CRM data recording;
• Report the results to the manager;
Competencies:
Great at building raport;
Bargain skills, great negotiator;
Great communication skills;
Easy to cold call, feeling free and accomodating with the prospect;
Top level responsibility;
Easy going, persuasive with the customer;
Trusted;
Great first impression;
Knowledge:
Technical knowledge of the programming languages is preferred
Confident level of English language
Salary: We pay above average market salary + bonuses that can increase your salary, considerably.
