Quality assurance automation engineer

TinyEmail™ is a grown startup in the internet marketing searching in growing talents to be
a part of our great team. We are based in Canada and Moldova, first version of our product is focused on North America + EU market and we are planning to extend it world wide.


What will you do?

We are looking for a Senior QA and Automation Engineer to join our engineering team in as a member of our team. You’ll be a key person to be part of our QA team to design, define and execute manual and automatic tests using advanced QA methods.
The team works in an agile environment and plays a big part of the release cycle - from planning, design to actual release to production.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Manual and automation testing design
• Execute test plans
• Build QA Infrastructure
• Prioritize testing execution
• Report on test execution
• Create standards and procedures for quality and readiness


Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as QA Engineer
• Integration tests (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Java etc)
• Experience working in microservices environment.
• Experience with Performance Testing troubleshooting and identifying key issues.
• Restful API’s and UX
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automating test plans and test cases
• Track record of shortening test cycle time and increasing code coverage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good spoken and written English is required.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as with a team.
• Analytical mind with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or other related fields.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (JIRA is a plus)
• Previous experience working in B2B/B2C SaaS environment preferred
