Project manager

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to undertake the management, organization, monitoring and controlling of running and upcoming projects within our company.

The basic responsibilities:
• Assemble and lead project teams
• Develop and organize the project plan, along with monitoring the progress, tracking the results &
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, budget & quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with the team in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate and allocate all the internal resources for a timely completion of projects.
• Keeping the needed project documentation.
• Participate in process engineering and optimization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Proven project management experience
• Previous experience related to IT projects and projects related to websites creation and maintenance
• Good soft skills
• Excellent team-working abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
