Motion animator

TheMotionDot is looking for creative Part-time motion designers to develop excellent animations with 2D/3D or other techniques.

Requirements:
- Prepare presentations with raw designs to customers.
- Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
- Direct the work of animation assistants
- Collaborate with production crew (designers)
- Work independently and stay inspired to create engaging animations
- Work to a variety of deadlines across multiple projects at once
- Come up with fresh animation ideas

What You'll Need:
Experience
3+ years of experience in video production and animation;
Experience in character animation is a plus.
Experience working within a digital production team

Skills
- A superb creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of video
- Strong video post-production, motion graphics skills
- Have a great understanding of storytelling with a strong editing sense
- Proficiency in 3D programs
- Knowledge in other animation programs such as Character Animator, XD, Spine, FlipBook, Procreate or iClone a plus
- Advanced, demonstrated 2D animation skills Figma knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of animation production techniques and adherence to the principles of animation
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Photoshop
