We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect New Clients: Research and reach out to potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and following up on leads.
- Achieve Targets: Work for individual and team sales goals, including revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
- Present Product and Service Offerings: Effectively communicate the value of our transportation solutions to prospects, using scripts and lead boards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with the dispatch team and other departments to negotiate rates and close commission-based deals in transportation industry.
- Maintain Sales Records and Reports: Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback, utilizing CRM tools to track and analyze performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain committed to achieving sales goals.
