We are a multi national health care organization, looking to improve our services with a telemedicine application. We are excited to establish a new team in Moldova and looking for a top talent ambitious Engineering Manager to be the core of the new R&D team. This is a high potential fast growth opportunity.

About You:
We are looking for an ambitious Engineering Manager with strong technical and soft skills that will build and manage a team of top talent software engineers as well as QA and DevOps. You and your team will build a new telemedicine application and report directly to the CTO. The role has high potential for a fast growth.

Skills and Requirements
● BSs degree in Computer Science, Math, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
● 5+ years experience developing and deploying high-quality mobile and web applications
● 2+ years experience managing/leading a team of at least 5 engineers
● Excellent knowledge of ReactJs and React Native
● Excellent architecture and design skills
● Excellent knowledge CI/CD technologies
● Excellent knowledge of AWS technologies
● Proven experience as a leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers, as well as gaining their respect
● Good written and spoken English
Nice to have:
● Experience with OAuth2.0
● Familiarity with encryption

● Lead by example, hands-on Engineering Management
● Take an active part in the hiring process
● Be professional and encourage professionalism in teams
● Be a champion for high-quality code and best practices
● Oversee engineering responsibilities around product development from conception to completion
● Support development process and team building exercises
● Consistently evaluate processes for efficiency and refine them
