Backend developer

We’re looking for Golang developers or seasoned backend developers (preferably PHP ones, see below) who’d like to learn Golang.

Since we sincerely believe that programming language itself is not THAT important, what we really looking for are:
- knowledge of best practices
- at least a basic understanding of microservices architecture
- delivery-oriented mindset (in other words: iteration beats perfection from first shot)
- test-driven development
- good SQL/NoSQL experience
- good communication skills
- good English (written/spoken)

We do code reviews and mentorship so learning Golang should be buttery smooth considering how simple the language itself is. We also have quite a lot of legacy PHP code. It has to be migrated to Golang eventually so good knowledge of PHP is a strong advantage.

DevOps and on-call experience is highly appreciated.
