- Manage your work independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Engage in open discussions and contribute constructively to healthy work conflicts.

Requirements:
- Possess a strong product mindset, focusing on user-centered design and prototyping experience.
- Exhibit a visionary outlook, eagerly engaging in discussions with product managers and developers.
- Embrace a hands-on approach, ready to dive into projects and share your expertise.
- Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Showcase a portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- If you have graphic design skills, it's a significant plus(Product design, packaging, branding, etc.)
- Comfortable with mixing languages (English proficiency is a must).
- Embody the qualities of a partner, not just an executor, to collaborate closely with our product team.
