Company that is a leading global financial data aggregation provider is looking for Technical Customer Support Agent

Job responsibilities:
- Handling the connecting between our business clients and our Spectre Data Aggregation API, help in the implementation of our products
- Cooperation with our development and support teams and improvement of both communication and technical skills
- Proactively monitor and address all customer related issues (integration with our API, feature improvements, new bank integration request, customers’ maintenance, etc)
- Keep in touch with our customers by e-mail, calls and other means of communication
- Reply to customers within 24 hours
Main requirements:
- Being able to deal with several different tasks at the same time
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Russian, Romanian, German, French, Spanish or other languages - Bonus skills
- Proven track record in a highly-professional customer management
