Responsibilities
Gather inputs from stakeholders, product management, and engineering
Create and maintain user documentation (user manuals, online help)
Assess existing functionality, manage changes to the system
Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered functionality
Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs

Requirements
5+ years of experience
Ability to complete setup goals with minimal supervision
Experience collecting and analyzing business requirements
Studies (BA/MA) in the field of IT or similar
Excellent communication skills in English, and Russian
