Are you an experienced accounting professional with a knack for managing details and supporting a dynamic team? We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Officer to take on a leadership role in our department. This is your chance to help streamline processes, mentor team members, and play a key role in our company’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Senior Accounting Officer, you will:
- Process client transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring all details are correct.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date, maintaining a high standard of data integrity.
- Oversee critical processes such as account openings, closures, deposits, and withdrawals, ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor inboxes and action client requests or escalate as needed to meet service expectations.
- Support the sales team by providing financial insights and resolving transaction-related queries.
- Conduct transaction calculations and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain transaction records on platforms such as MT5 and MT4.
- Generate and provide account statements to clients when requested.
- Handle disputes and chargebacks, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with payment providers to resolve any issues related to client transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in accounting, financial operations, or a similar role—preferably in the Forex or CFDs industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and transaction platforms (MTS and MT4 experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to supporting others.
