QA manual engineers (middle+)

GoParrot is looking for passionate, self-motivated QA Manual Engineers to join our young and vibrant AI Startup company. They will be responsible for ensuring the product meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

-Be part of a feature-based development team
-Work with support to transfer knowledge about the product features
-Influence the company’s product requirements
-Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
-Create test strategies and plans to ensure finished product quality
-Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
-Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

-analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
-assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Experience

-testing experience
-enterprise system testing experience constitutes an advantage
-knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
-experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) (not mandatory, but would be lovely)
-hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
-hands-on experience with automated testing tools (not mandatory, but highly encouraged)
