Linux system administrator

Our Company is looking for a senior colleague for Linux systems management. You will be a member of Linux� operating system management team which is part of the Cloud operations unit. In this role, youʼll work with a local and remote team from different countries and cooperate with other teams within the Cloud operation area.

Responsibilities:

Administration of Linux servers in cloud environments
Maintaining, monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers
Installing new software releases, system upgrades, patches


Requirements:

Good background in Linux/Unix Administration;
Proficiency in system/network administration on Linux (Ubuntu, Centos)
Experience with version control (git, Gitlab, Github)
Understanding of code and scripts (bash, python)
Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (GCP and/or AWS)
Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
Experience with virtualization systems (VMware, Xen, Docker)
Basic understanding of monitoring systems: Nagios, Icinga2
Knowledge of configuration management systems (Ansible, Puppet)
Communication skills in English (B1 / B2 written and spoken) language
