About us
Skillhunt is a recruitment platform matching talents with their dream jobs, finding candidates for Amazon, Unified Factory, Travactory, Brand24, and other top tech companies. We aim to present opportunities that suit your requirements. This is why you will not find typical job offers here. All our offers answer the most important question - is this a perfect fit for you?
Our client
The company is a research and development department for TIX - 2nd biggest plane ticket distributor in Netherlands.
Project
Working for a product company means you are not just an external resource coding stuff, but a fully functional team member fulfilling real needs of real customers (and a lot of them). You will have a direct impact on how the Dutch pick and purchase flights and complementary services and - as a result - on the well-being of the company and your coworkers.
You will be taking care of the backend of main product - flight search platform, consisting of large variety of microservices built in Spring Boot (expert level Spring skill is obviously a must), exposing RESTful APIs and communicating over RabbitMQ with each other. That means you’ll get access to the latest and greatest toys including NoSQL databases (MongoDB is another must-have skill), docker, amazon web services and other great tools any self-respecting developer expects to use in daily tasks.
Benefits
Casual working atmosphere of work in a small team
Permanent cooperation based on a business contract
Modern office in Gdańsk, Poland (Garnizon)
English as the main company language
Agile software development methodology (working in an interdisciplinary Scrum team)
Attention to the quality of code
Growth budget
Peer-to-peer recognition with bonus.ly
Private health care
Parking place for a car or a bike
