Java developer

As a member of our team, you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance
businesses and careers. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to
improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes
into creating high quality software and new products. Coming in with an understanding of the
importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile/Scrum frameworks-is key.

Technology & ideal candidate:
We are working with Java 8, combined with a wide variety of frameworks and tools: Spring
framework, Hibernate, Apache Camel, Kafka, WSO2, REST and SOAP services, etc. In addition to
business developments, we also have technical initiatives that we identify, as part of usual activities.
We are looking for a colleague who will be attracted by the previously mentioned technologies, but
who will also have a mature thinking of the solution, from the design phase to the deployment in
production.

What you bring to the team
• Good knowledge of Object-oriented design & programming;
• Java programming experience;
• Quality orientation/attention to detail;
• Experience in working with J2EE/ JEE Platform (JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, EJB), Spring Core, Spring
Boot;
• Good understanding of REST and SOAP web services;
• Experience working with Agile and Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices;
• University degree - (IT, engineering) background;

Nice to know:
• Experience with Azure DevOps;
• Experience using KAFKA;
• Experience with any ESB (WSO2 preferred);
• Azure devops
• HTML/CSS and Javascript language (EcmaScript 2015+)
• Javascript packaging and distribution for web: npm, webpack
