JOB DESCRIPTION
UPQODE is seeking dynamic, sales-driven, and self-disciplined individual to join our team. You will work in a proactive role to build and sustain long-term relationships with customers in the IT Web Industry.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Proactively driving pipeline volume, accelerating the sales cycle and increasing conversion ratios
Managing and growing installed base and new client relationships
Lead sales process from prospecting through close including lead generation, client meetings, qualification, RFP’s, workshops, proposal and contract negotiation
Diligently track and manage all opportunities in TeamWave (CRM)
Validate client workflow and engage appropriate internal resources where necessary
Maintain strong knowledge of the company web services suite and competitive offerings
Collaborate with relevant management resources to drive product and messaging strategies to differentiate our solutions
Knowledge of web development process
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES
Sales or account management experience is a plus but not mandatory
Customer Service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Background in IT would be a plus but not mandatory
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good English communication skills: oral and written
Ability to work within a collaborative environment to achieve results
Self-directed with attention to detail and strong time management skills
Conducting needs assessments for clients
Ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
Cold calling
Presentation skills
Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet and MS Office tools
Exceptional ambition combined with excellent teaming skills
