What you'll be doing:

Develop strategic HR plan;
Lead and coordinates the employee's assessment and development programs;
Improve the Recruitment, Adaptational and Motivational procedures and solutions;
Support the adaptation and motivation of the personnel;
Perform recruitment process in accordance with company procedures;
Participate in on-boarding and induction activities of the newly hired personnel;
Develop motivation maps, create personnel reserve etc.

Knowledge and Experience that we value:

Minimum one-year experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company;
Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences;
Interested in developing working practices regarding HR related activities;
Russian and English both spoken and written (intermediary level).
