English speaking customer support

Sunrise Innovations is looking for new staff to join the team.

If you:

- Possess strong written and spoken English,
- Have strong written communication skills,
- Are willing to learn and develop,
- Work well in a team and individually,
- Are able to perform well under stress,
- Are an organized person, able to plan and carry out tasks to their completion,

then you might just fit the team! Previous experience welcomed, but not mandatory.

Some of your tasks:

- Handling incoming customer issues (we work with an international range of customers),
- Responding to emails in a timely fashion,
- Answering incoming calls,
- Delegating issues to the relevant department and following up on them,
- Manage several accounts (contacting customers periodically),
- Ensure customers are overall happy.
