The first of the group of our companies was organized in 2007 by two friends who are enthusiastic about their business, it grew every day, turning into a strong structure. Now we are a large team and operate in three countries: Israel, Belarus and Moldova.

You will act as a direct manager for the engineers in the team. Hire, train, supervise and motivate them, be responsible for their professional development.
Work constantly on explaining to the team what the current development priorities are, in which direction the team and company are heading, what are the team’s customers' needs etc.
About You
2+ years of overall experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
Proven experience working with JIRA, building boards, filters, etc.
Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and XP practices as well
Understanding of microservices architecture
What you will do
Manage the software development and delivery process: assign tasks to the relevant engineers, control the ETAs, manage releases, foresee potential risks, analyze critical production issues and involve relevant team members to solve them.
Organize Scrum events and procedures, and ensure the team follows the agreed upon processes and practices
Serve as a product domain knowledge expert in the team. Make sure all engineers have a relevant understanding of the business domain and business processes of the team’s customers.
Communicate and collaborate with relevant parties (PO, higher management and other teams’ EMs) on feature definitions and priorities
Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
Suggest changes to the development workflows and tools to the higher management when necessary
