Business and system analyst in IT

We are looking for a highly skilled business and system analyst with excellent interpersonal skills to join our company.

Responsibilities:
- Understands business processes and current IT systems. Understands the needs of the business and recommends enhancements;
- Develops and analyses requirements;
- Develops and writes specifications and system documentation for web and mobile applications;
- Performs analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities for solutions that are going to be developed for web and for mobile areas;
- Identifies process and systems solutions to address major system’s needs;
- Cooperates closely with the clients, with client managers, development and QA teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis (IT);
- Customer relationship skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong modelling and problem solving skills.
- Languages: Romanian, Russian, English
